Overall Satisfaction with monday CRM

Used for essential business processes and operations. Increases business efficiency by reducing manual work and use of automation. Managing marketing campaigns and distribution of tasks between colleagues and teams. Import and syncing of data from other platforms.

  • Constant road map of development.
  • Interconnected product suite.

Cons

  • Campaigns module in BETA.
  • Some essential basics still on development roadmap.
  • Can only embed forms as an iframe.

Easy to get up and running, but like any platform, it can handle very complex problems and processes. Still, you may need to work with customer success managers to find workarounds that fit your specific business needs.
