Overall Satisfaction with monday sales CRM

We use monday.com to collate leads, contacts, job tenders, newsletter recipients and deals won. It's far better than anything we have used before. The product gives my whole team instant oversight of prospects contacted, initial outcomes and tasks to do. We can add as much or as little detail to suit our business needs. Without monday.com, we'd struggle to seamlessly organise our team.
  • We like the ability to add 'Boards' to suit our particular set-up
  • The master search facility is very helpful
  • The website is flexible - you can add columns, move entries on boards to other boards and link other boards
  • Upgrade pop up offers are a bit too frequent
  • Automations seem complicated so we don't really use those
  • Could the font overall be a little larger on the site?
  • More organised team, so speedier working and more efficiency in general
  • Team members can see how others are doing with their financial targets which motivates everyone

If you need your team to be highly organised with minimal effort, monday.com is our top choice. It is particularly useful to the industry we operate in because we are frequently reaching out to new prospects. We need our whole team to be aware of which prospects have been contacted in order to avoid duplication.
