Overall Satisfaction with monday sales CRM

monday.com allows our company to quickly organize, scale, and deliver on complex projects, or time-sensitive deadlines. Before monday.com we used three different online apps, including Microsoft Excel files to track projects, timing, deliverables, sub-contractors, and revisions. Now, we have a centralized hub to bring the entire team together. Beyond that, we also use monday.com to organize our internal marketing schedule, strategy and decision-making.

  • We find that some boards are too informational, and need cleaning up to allow for us to see important metrics/or issues in our projects
  • Updates within tasks are a bit cumbersome
  • monday.com has made our company move 2x as fast, with fewer bumps along the way
  • monday.com has allowed us to quickly onboard and prioritize projects
  • monday.com has allowed us to bring on more team members with a quicker integration time
I don't need 50 words to tell you how monday.com compares to the others; monday.com knocks it out of the park and then some. We have never looked back.

monday.com is a game-changer for those agencies between 2-30 people who rely on a consistent, centralized place to keep track of their projects. Specifically, we track every single Web Development, SEO, PPC Ads, Marketing Strategy, and Branding project. We find this may not be as appropriate for big projects where many external partners are needed to succeed, as it becomes a bit messy while coordinating. However, while not any app is perfect, monday.com is the closest thing we have found to it.

Sometimes this CRM can feel so UI focused it loses the idea behind a simplified project manager.
