Overall Satisfaction with monday sales CRM

It's a great way for our team to work together without having to go back and forth on chat. This is the perfect productivity tool. Everyone works on a certain task at a certain time making it easier to get everything done. You can leave tasks with instructions and use comments for criticism.

Because Monday.com just like right now continually asks its customers what they want, and how they can improve. By doing this, they've slowly added in all the features I would need, everything is THE BEST. Monday has truly changed the way we work at our office for the past 2 years.
I haven't had many support interactions with Monday.com, they're always helpful, but not having many support inquiries tells you something else about the brand too. There are almost no problems, with all the tools used within monday.com, and if there are, they fix it before you even notice.
The integration with integromat allows us to automate the whole sales process from someone coming in from a lead ad to getting added to Monday.com, receiving automated emails through Monday.com, and overall just getting rid of repetitive tasks making it easier to focus on the important things instead.
