Overall Satisfaction with monday sales CRM

We’ve used Monday.com for quite some time; it’s transformed how we operate and manage our projects. The system's flexibility is just brilliant, and we’ve managed to tie it into our own API to create various automation. The whole team can stay on track for our projects and provides an excellent platform for sharing important information, which speeds up the process of managing clients and projects. I’ve already recommended Monday.com to a number of my clients, one of which is a significant business that has just left Hubspot to move across based on my recommendation.

I find it very intuitive, with a nice clean interface.
I've not had to use it much, but when we have the support has been excellent.
It's been well suited for us managing the number of users who use our software program. By connecting with our API, we've quickly identified when a client is adding or removing users and then bill them accordingly based on their usage.
