Overall Satisfaction with monday sales CRM
We first found monday CRM when we were looking for a way to track opportunities and cases in our sales department. It proved so flexible and powerful, however, that we expanded the scope to include a variety of other data tracking applications within our company, from contacts, to insurance policies, to tracking sales tax nexus with various states.
Pros
- Provides enormous flexibility compared to other CRM systems
- Has a very simple and intuitive user interface
- Allows updates to be posted via comment or email
Cons
- User access control per record or group is a feature that's currently only available in the Enterprise version, which is out of our budget
- Synchronization with Google contacts would be a very helpful feature
- Definitely positive, but we couldn't put a number on it
monday CRM is definitely Superior for our purposes, due to its vastly superior flexibility and customizability.
