Overall Satisfaction with monday sales CRM

We first found monday sales CRM when we were looking for a way to track opportunities and cases in our sales department. It proved so flexible and powerful, however, that we expanded the scope to include a variety of other data tracking applications within our company, from contacts, to insurance policies, to tracking sales tax nexus with various states.
  • Provides enormous flexibility compared to other CRM systems
  • Has a very simple and intuitive user interface
  • Allows updates to be posted via comment or email
  • User access control per record or group is a feature that's currently only available in the Enterprise version, which is out of our budget
  • Synchronization with Google contacts would be a very helpful feature
  • Definitely positive, but we couldn't put a number on it
monday sales CRM is definitely Superior for our purposes, due to its vastly superior flexibility and customizability.

Perfect for a company looking for maximum power and flexibility, with an administrator who is comfortable building their own system through an intuitive GUI. Might be less appropriate for a company that is looking for an out-of-the-box solution that doesn't require a lot of tweaking.
