Overall Satisfaction with monday sales CRM
We have been using monday CRM for over a year. We have about 50 employees and this has been working out well for us. We have been using this mainly for workflows and operations. The product is very easy to use and it allows our employees to work together seamlessly. Being that we are a mostly remote workforce this is imperative.
Pros
- Advanced Reporting
- Allows us to Collaborate
- Improves our Team Communication
Cons
- Robustness - I don't expect it to be SalesForce of course but needs some more functionality so we can scale this as we grow
- Need to distinguish between the three Monday products and make them act as they are designed - Example Workforce, Project Management and CRM are basically the same functionality just presented differently
- So far it has worked for us as we scale we will need something more robust
