Overall Satisfaction with Monetate
I have been using Monetate for over three years now. The tool is extremely easy to use. We have been executing extensive A/B test campaigns on the site using this tool which have directly increased conversion and revenue. The request time for new campaigns is very short. Usually campaigns are live within two weeks from when they are submitted to our account managers.
- The turn around time is fast. Two weeks usually.
- The staff is always available and helpful.
- The capabilities of the tool are fantastic. It is rare when they cannot make a campaign that I request.
- I wish you could preview multiple campaigns at once. To make sure they work well together.
- Better customer service

Monetate's user interface is more user friendly.
