Overall Satisfaction with Motive

We use Motive for vehicle tracking, ai dual dashcams, reporting, and maintenance. This helps us keep track of mileage/vehicle utilization reports, coach driver safety, and take a proactive approach on maintenance. It has helped us reduce our safety events and make our drivers safer drivers for themself and driver around them

Pros

  • creating more tailored packages
  • including pending option on maintenance tracking
  • improved safety
  • reduced driver turnover
  • helped create safety program
Everyone always calls back fast and they are very responsive when an issue does arise. Issues rarely arise though
it has helped bring maintenance and dashcams/safety into one platform.
We have never incurred outages or application errors during our time with Motive
