Overall Satisfaction with Motive
Our company, Adam Trucking, is using Motive daily, 24/7. We are always connected with them, and we have a lot of cases that we resolve daily. In my personal experience, Motive is a good app for trucking, but sometimes, there are some gaps in its response to us. I have many device issues, and sometimes, I need a quick response from the engineering team. Usually, it takes them one week to respond, which is not working for me. Also, some of the live agents are answering very quickly, and they want to close the case as fast as they can, and they don't even wait for me to answer them and close the chat. Overall, everything else is perfect. The app is easy to use, and my drivers like it.

- ELD device connectivity.
- Creating a feature for listing the drivers A to Z in drivers lists.
- Improving the edits on violations.
- Having the option to connect with live agents directly.
- Improved in Safety.
- Decreased at communication.
- Improved at the whole menu on fleet board.
We appreciate that we are working with Motive. We have been working with them for the last four years, and they have provided us with many opportunities to escalate our safety and be very good at tracking our drivers. We are glad that we have all of the devices and are working on providing dashcams for our drivers.
