Overall Satisfaction with Motive

We use this to have a GPS location for all of our assets in the field. As well as the AI on the camera for our drivers safety.

Pros

  • Always willing to help solve problems
  • The response time that they provide is great
  • The crash detection from there system is above all

Cons

  • Face match feature is a great feature just wish it worked a little better and faster
  • They need to have an import feature for drivers and fleet users to update information
  • Driver safety has improved
  • Collision detection has been a huge relief for us
The support is usually good and gets you the answer you need. The weakness on this matter is the time it takes to get support to fix an issue or get back to you with a finished answer.
We have enjoyed how easy the system is to use on both the web and on a device. It makes pulling information out easier for us as a company and for the employees in the field to see it
We run into glitches and little system problems from time to time but we have a great rep that usually will try to figure out what is going on or will let us know when these issues maybe coming.
Motive is leading the industry in what they offer.

They have a system that right now is above others and are always willing to improve to make the system better and improve the technology.
