Overall Satisfaction with Motive
Motive is a great option for fleet tracking and keeping track of DOT driver logs. Technology through the system is easy to work with as dispatcher for the company I work for, as well as being a driver for the company. Driver logs are easily done through your personal cell phone. Motive keeps us compliant and has a great user interface. Highly recommended

- The software sometimes doesn’t recognize a geofence we set up for yard movement of vehicles
- Connecting with a vehicle can sometimes be a challenge
- The camera front facing picks up violations that aren’t accurate
- Using the cameras with AI helps us identify drivers who need coaching
- Motive helps us stay compliant with DOT
- Truck tracking
As previously mentioned, using the forward facing Motive cameras helps us identify drivers who need coaching with their driving habits. The AI feature easily identifies situations where our driver is at fault, for an easily avoidable situation. The camera records the event where we are able to provide proof to the driver.
