Overall Satisfaction with Motive

We use Motive on a day-to-day basis. The product helps us keep track our trucks, trailers, and drivers. We are able to make sure our team stays safe by using the product as well as track our assets in order to make educated business decisions. The product is used across our company for operations, sales, maintenance, finance, and safety.

  • Exoneration is the biggest thing we take away from the dashcams and product
  • Drivers have become safer with the coaching aspects
  • Operations is able to view our entire fleet and have a closer grasp on actions and reactions as needed
They have done all of the above. We have become safer using coaching from the drivers app and also being able to bring drivers in when we recognize unsafe behavior. Providing full visibility into accidents we have been exonerated many times. Overall, we are a safer company using Motive. This product is worth every penny.
The accuracy of Motive was hands down the best product on the market. We ultimately asked our drivers what they preferred. They chose Motive and from an operations and safety aspect from the office we also chose Motive.
I can call in at any point and get a resolution or at a minimum express how I feel the product can be improved and typically these actions are taken.
The team is always quick to resolve any issues. We have dedicated account representatives we can contact at any point. I work with many software companies and this one is by far the most customer focused out of them all.
The ease of use and features Motive had to offer were hands down a better product. We work with the Motive team providing feedback and constantly feel as if we are building the product with them rather than working with what we have.

This software is kept in my pocket at all times. I can access the dashboard right from my phone using the app. If a driver calls needing help I can help anywhere. The product is so easy to use that not much training is needed. Our team is able to pick up the app or jump on the dashboard and go.

Drivers, Operations, Sales, Safety, Finance, Maintenance. It is used across our organization.
4 - Project Manager, Safety Analyst, and Director of Digital. Between the 4 of us we know the product thoroughly and will reach out to Motive if necessary for further knowledge.
