Overall Satisfaction with Motive

I've been using Motive to monitor the fleet as a complete tool that includes codes, location, and telematics, which is very useful in terms of agility, visibility, and fleet management. We currently have 500 trucks in our fleet and plan to increase by the end of 2025 and reach 1000 units.

As mentioned above, the very useful tool for safety we fired several driver who aren't following our safety policy, and Motive has been very important for us, exclusively with Motive we are able to identify the breach which the drivers are doing and harming the company in our safety score
We did't had, but the people from procurement are chasing a best solution with more integrations and feasibility regarding cost, features available and we are studying a plan with samsara as well, that seems very interesting and they have a competitive plan with all the tools that we've got and plus
The only one concern and improvement that we would like to mention is related to the localization, when the truck is idle. We lost several assets due the missing communication between Motive and our trucks, although we found after a long time is very concern related the our abandoned truck when it's happen.
So the few times that i've had the opportunity to enter in contact with the support guys, they were very will and helpful and every times that we need, considering the questions, guidelines and specific point which were pontual questions and observations regarding the tool and our doubts, but it's ok.

Safety i see as a good tool to be used, the people of our team particularity like to work with, even though there some possibility of improvements because we receive several questions coming from de drivers, and they mention a certain difficulty to handle the feature some times and complaint a little bit.
