Overall Satisfaction with Motive

i use motive to keep track of my truck , tarck my miles , and my driver logs. motive unit also lets me know of any default codes.

  • location of my truck
  • i think they could use some improvement in the monitoring of driver behavior.
  • improved safety pointed out simple mistakes drivers make that they dont really pay attention to.
when ever i call to get help with my motive catd the always have an answer for me and send a follow-up email.
the overall benefit for me came into play when i had a safety audit from the fmcsa. i was able to get alot of the info i needed from the motive unit.
i have not had any reliability issues with motive so far everything is on point.
