Use Cases and Deployment Scope

I use MYOB to monitor our daily cash flow, running expenses and monthly reporting makes life easy to run our BAS, Generate Invoices, and process staff payroll. I run two businesses and use Essentials for a small business I run and Account Right for our main business. Banks feeds are the best time-saving invention ever!!

Xero and QuickBooks Online

I did a trial run on Xero I had trouble finding how to set up things, the customer support was terrible. The support you get from MYOB when you need it is really good.

I think you need to understand a little bit about how accounting works to make sure you allocate things correctly or it could be a costly expense with the accountant at the end of the year.

Support Rating

The MYOB support team is excellent, they always solve any problems I have, are quick to respond, and also have great online tutorial area for out-of-office hours support.

Likelihood to Recommend

MYOB has different packages available, I use 2 different ones for different companies, so depending on your needs MYOB has a program to suit what you need. I personally love bank feeds and payroll functionality.
