Google Backup and Sync

We prefer N-able as it seems more secure and also easier to recover the backups.

Google Authenticator, Google Backup and Sync, N-able MSP Manager (formerly Solarwinds MSP Manager)

Usability

Works pretty well overall and saves us a lot of time when needing to recover data.

Support Rating

Support has been excellent and customer service is always available whenever we run into any issues.

The integration with N-Central works pretty well. Their system for immutable backups works well. Allowing you to choose your own storage helps meet each client's budget and recovery time objectives. Jobs are managed and scheduled only by the server, not in groups. Each one must be set up, scheduled, etc. one server at a time. This can get cumbersome in a larger environment.

N-Able Backup is a great option
