Overall Satisfaction with N-able Backup (formerly Solarwinds Backup)

This is used as our primary backup solution. It is a great, safe, and fast cloud backup at a reasonable cost.
  • Office 365 Backups. Easy to setup and backs up everything.
  • Server backup. Easy setup and reliable performance.
  • Workstation/file backup. Again reliable performance and reasonable cost.
  • Nothing comes to mind.
  • I need a backup and it's a fair price for what it offers.
  • I sell this solution to my customers and make recurring income from it.

Atera, QuickBooks Online Advanced, 1Password, Microsoft 365 (formerly Office 365)
It's very easy to set up and requires very little maintenance afterward. I get email reports daily on the success of my customers and my own backup.
Always quick and easy to get in touch with someone.
It's suited well for any business backup needs. It wouldn't be great for a home user that has a bunch of pictures/videos they want to backup.
