Overall Satisfaction with Netchex

We use Netchex company-wide. Due to our recent rapid growth, Netchex allows for better communication between company and employee.
  • Customer Service-EXCELLENT and prompt!
  • Communication & Resources-TONS of information and helpful links and videos!
  • Willingness to improve-always taking down suggestions, although they do take a while to come to fruition
  • Benefits - program is not as user-friendly for admin or employee as other HRIS
  • Carrier connections - there are too many issues with the third party
  • Pricing - so many new features that aren't included with the current price, it can be difficult to have your company understand the need for a product due to the additional cost
  • Time and Attendance
  • NetGuide-issuing tasks to complete
  • Mass texts/emails-although we do need the ability to send individually as well
  • We don't pay attention to this feature.

All have courted however, the thought of a migration at this time is overwhelming. Currently, we are not having any major issues with Netchex.

Netchex is web based and completely mobile. This is perfect for hurricane season in the event of an evacuation. I can communicate with employees easily and process payroll from a different location.
