- Search capability is end-user friendly.

- Pivot search functionality needs to be improved, has been in Beta mode for 2 years.
- Building surveys in Netsuite could be improved. Give users the option to create radio buttons.
- Increased operations efficiency. Sales orders can be flipped to an invoice with a click of a button.
- Better visibility with sales reps being able to see all the invoicing history and purchase history.
- Better visibility into clients purchase history and customer service history.
