- I really liked the dashboard that told me all the number stats of what was currently going on within the business
- I loved that I could export anything I needed into an Excel document
- Netsuite was well organized
- I would have liked to be have been able to change more functions on my own - other than having to ask a representative
- Lower the cost

- Helped customer service for all employees

- Kept employees very knowledgeable about how EVERYONE was doing
