Overall Satisfaction with Network for Good
I use this to communicate with my donors and track donations and sponsorships. I currently use the Eblast most frequently, however, I am always updating and adding to the database. It is a wonderful tool for capturing all the information I need about my donors, and it makes communicating with them very easy.
Pros
- The training is very good and helpful
- The website is easily accessible and easy to navigate
- It has many tools to undertstand my donor base and communicate with them.
Cons
- I'm not tech-savvy, so creating the eblasts, letters and general messages could be easier.
- At the start up, merging my existing databases into Network For Good takes a lot of time.
- The database, once it is updated and completed, is tremendously helpful.
- Ability to communicate with my donors in many forms - letters, eblasts, text messages.
- This is a tool that I can see us using for a very long time without it becoming obsolete.
- The donate button on the eblasts has had a surprisingly successful return.
- It is one program that can replace up to three separate programs to communicate and track donors.
To track my donor base for mailings, I use Microsoft Access and excel. For eblasts i use Mailchimp and Constant Contact. For letters i use microsoft word. Network for Good has all of these in one place in one program.
