Overall Satisfaction with Newswire

We use Newswire to distribute news releases with the objective of increasing awareness of our organization. For most releases, we use Newswire to try and reach a global audience.
  • System is easy to use
  • Has global reach
  • Good reporting capabilities
  • The approval process for releases regarding partnerships was cumbersome. Many of our partners had issues with the legal documents Newswire provided for them to sign
  • There is a lot of add-on options when submitting a release - all at additional costs, however, it is not easy to understand the potential ROI from these extras.
  • We have received several requests for interviews after distributing content through Newswire
Generally, the Newswire system is easy to use - although there is rather a lot of add-on options presented without any clear examples to justify spending more for them.

Newswire provides us relatively good reach in terms of distribution internationally. The industry distribution resulted in us getting several requests for information and interviews.
