Overall Satisfaction with Newswire

We use Newswire to broaden the reach of our press releases. We're also happy with the ability to regionally target certain markets, and love the reporting we get post-release! Normally, we go with localized, regional releases because of cost, but we can trust that if a nationwide or larger scale campaign is in the plans, it will achieve our business goals.

I'm overall very happy with Newswire and the operation of said software. I think the only reason I would hesitate to give it a 10 out of 10 is that I know there are functions that I am not/have not yet used that may be more advanced. I wouldn't want to say it's the easiest thing ever to use when I am not using it to the fullest, but in my experience, I am very happy.
I find Newswire more approachable and easy to use, especially as someone who only occasionally issues press releases. The UI is friendly and fairly easy to figure out, even after long stints of no use. I also like being able to drill down to particular markets, geographically speaking, and how transparent pricing is.

In our experience, localized press releases (which tend to be more affordable) get us decent exposure, but could definitely be "super charged" a bit. It's tough to know if spending more on a campaign (say, a national campaign vs. regional) would convert to more impressions and ultimately more conversions for us. Probably need to experiment with a higher priced, higher reach campaign to know for sure.
