We use NextGen® Practice Management Solutions Office in our practice as our EMR and Practice Management Solution. It is the perfect blend and fits seamlessly across the practice from check in to charting to billing and bill reconciliation

  • NGO has made our billing department top notch - less than a 3% first pass denial rate.
  • Ease of use to verify most insurance types. Enables staff to collect copays and deductibles up front.
  • Software is updated on a regular basis without having to purchase plug ins and add ons constantly
Overall, a very easy and robust system to use for small practices. It enables us to keep billing in house and connectivity with various databases keep the providers "in the know" about what's going on with their patients.

Some solutions - such as the patient portal and online scheduling are cumbersome and we have difficulty getting patients to use them.
We felt that NextGen® Practice Management Solutions Office was more suited to our needs and fit our independent practice model

NextGen® Practice Management Solutions Office is easy to use. Billing and Clinical personnel can easily navigate between PM and EMR, opening understanding of services across the practice.
In our experience, the patient portal and online scheduling solutions are painful and difficult for patients to navigate
