Overall Satisfaction with Nextiva
Nextiva is used for regular phone communication with our external customers and as an intercom within the organization. We have just started using this service and are quite satisfied so far. Haven't faced any issues.
Pros
- Answering the calls with Greetings and providing the options.
- As answering machine, recording and forwarding the messages to emails.
- Great option to answer your office calls from your mobile, irrespective of your location.
Cons
- include a CARPLAY option, will help while taking calls while driving
- Text Messaging can have more options, like groups which can pop up of landline phone screens and mobile
- Call forwarding as an option
- eliminated the need to have a receptionist to answer & direct calls, this helped customer to reach the right people faster.
- getting the messages when not in office and responding to calls much faster
