Overall Satisfaction with Nextiva
We are an independent school with about 50 staff members and 175 students. We use our new Nextiva phones for all means of communication. We have them in every classroom, conference room and common area. The phones work exceptionally well, and the auto attendant is an excellent way to have calls screened and directed to the correct location without overloading a front desk associate. Overall we are extremely pleased with the product from the initial shopping stage, set up, customer support and implementation Nextiva has delivered above the bar service.

Cons
- Using the phones as PAGING 50 or more people at once seems to be difficult.
- It has helped us get people to the correct area faster. Potential customers lose interest when they need to speak to many people and be transferred or click multiple buttons.
