Use Cases and Deployment Scope

Due to being an organization of Mental Health, we have around 100 employees, administrative and interventionist due to our main program of ABA Services. We used Nextiva cellphone and app to communicate and notify each of our employees and it has made easier our job, because we don't need to be at the office to do follow ups or special reminders.

Because there is always room for improvement, but as they are now really they offer a great service in regards to communications. Never had an issue with them, and it is very easy to manage or administer contacts. Even attachments or voice messages converted to text, does really helps us work fast and with quality.

For example on a pandemic, it was a saver as also her app for texting is very useful in order to communicate with the personal. Also the benefit of three or more people being on the line as also dialing from your app from any cellphone helps a lot when you need to be on the move.
