Overall Satisfaction with Nextiva Business Phone Service
We are a small law firm of eight people. We have 10 phone units spread throughout the office. The phones work great. What has stuck out to me is the quality of the customer service. When we first got our phones, there were A LOT of questions on the IT side of things. I called Nextiva Business Phone Service several times for several different issues/questions. They were attentive and informative! For me, the wait time isn't too long, and the customer service was incredible!
