Overall Satisfaction with Nextiva Business Phone Service
We use the Business Phone Service so our Customer Experience Department. Nextiva Business Phone Service helped us setup call flows to give our customers multiple opportunities to get a representative on the phone before going to voicemail. The way the call flows are setup for us is that no matter what option the customer chooses the call will flow to one rep, and if they are not available flow to the next extension. Since we are a small group, this helps cut down on customer frustration.

I found Zendesk to be glitchy at times, and I experienced many outages during that time period. We do not have those issues with Nextiva Business Phone Service
