THE Best VOIP service by far!
Overall Satisfaction with Nextiva Business Phone Service
I use Nextiva in the way your common retail store does: converse with customers via phone. I have struggled quite a bit in trying to find a good match without all the complexity that can come from voip, thankfully Nextiva fit the bill and then some! Thanks to Nextiva, I also now have the option to use faxing for when and if my customers need me to view any form of documentation (i.e letter of authenticity on a signed comic). The user interface is extremely straightforward and easy to use as a nice bonus.
Pros
- Price is very well within reason at $35 a month (at least in my case, Price may vary user to user).
- The handset is super easy to use and with the help of phenomenal customer support, easy to set up too.
- Calls are surprisingly crystal clear. For reference I live in the sticks (deep country).
- The app is very easy to work with as well when viewing messages seeing who called while you are away from the office.
- It integrates with rerouting to my personal cell phone flawlessly.
Cons
- Pricing on the handset is a bit high at nearly $400 but considering your average iPhone is $1k plus, I'm not complaining all that much.
- Voicemail setup is straightforward but on the handset, complete opposite. On the handset it is very tricky but YouTube is your friend on that :)
- I wish faxing wasn't a separate account, rather everything in one place but everything is still user friendly so yin/yang.
- It's made it very easy for my customers to call in for questions or leave a message.
- Overall, voice mail is straightforward and easy but on the handset it's very difficult to get to.
Pricing, features, friendly user interface, great reviews from reputable giants like Nerd Wallet and Forbes, Nextiva has it all and then some! I've looked at everything from Phone.com to ring central. The biggest selling point is consistency, whenever I googled "best voip service", Nextiva pops up in practically all review sites ; including the top dogs like Forbes, BBB, and Nerd Wallet.
