Overall Satisfaction with Nextiva Business Phone Service
We use the phone and fax services. It is surprising how many government offices and insurance companies accept faxes but not emails. The phone system is great, too. Clear reception with great uptime.
Pros
- The calls come in and go out... I mean that is what we need
- The faxes can be sent and received through email, but it is an actual fax service.
- The online interface for managing the system is a bit cumbersome, but I just call and the customer service does what I need quick and easy.
Cons
- The only improvement would be the interface for the online portal; needs to be more intuitive such that non-phone professionals can make changes.
- I could not be in business without a phone plan and their Voip service allows me and my staff to seamlessly work from the office or alternate locations without having to give out personal phone numbers.
