Overall Satisfaction with Nextiva Business Phone Service
Nextiva saved us when another company failed us. I'm not much for giving reviews after a short period of time. Since years have gone by and I'm still a very happy Nextiva customer, I thought it was time for a review. The interface for Nextiva keeps getting better and better and now the NextivaOne App lets us use our PCs and headsets as a phone which makes things much easier for us. I've also used their phone and chat support over the years when I wanted to change the way we had our system set up and found it to be easy and usually quick to accomplish.

Cons
- I wished they could bring older Nextiva accounts into the newer NextOS style of web interface. Hopefully soon!?!?
- Helped us work in a new world where people aren't in the office as much. Nobody knows our people are at home, out of town, or sitting at their desk.
We went from Vonage to 8x8 to Ooma, then bad issues at RingCentral before finally finding Nextiva's quality service.
