Overall Satisfaction with Nextiva Business Phone Service

We had fix the phone connection after changing our internet. The Nextiva Business Phone Service agent was incredibly patient and worked with us until everything we working perfectly again. He even called back to make sure that things were still working. It was great to be able to talk to someone with the product knowledge to know exactly what our issue was and assist with fixing it.
