Overall Satisfaction with Nextiva Business Phone Service

We use Nextiva VOIP services with our first location with the intention of expanding the phone service over the next 3-4 locations of our franchise.

Pros

  • Good Pricing
  • Quick Response to issues
  • User friendly hardware

Cons

  • The hardware directory could be easier to use
  • Overall, very positive impact on our customer service
  • Comcast Business VOIP (VoiceEdge)

I highly recommend Nextiva if you are in need of VOIP service. They have been very responsive. When I had to add a temporary line, they made the process easy and cost effective
