Overall Satisfaction with Nextiva Business Phone Service

Use Cases and Deployment Scope

All staff members use Nextiva's VOIP service. They use the mobile app as a phone, and it's a perfect way to connect our entire organization (we have 7 different office locations). We have over 150 staff. Nextiva's app has resolved the need for landlines and the admin portal is easy to manage as an IT manager. I'm able to create call flows and auto attendants through the portal. The settings for staff, such as voicemail settings, are also easier to navigate themselves.

Pros

Communication. The reps I've worked with have been very flexible and helpful.
Support is quick and responsive
UI is clear and easy to navigate
Call quality is clear and reliable

Cons

Some of the admin settings are a little unintuitive, but support is always there to help me
The desktop app lags a little sometimes

Return on Investment

Offices are more interconnected, and the autoattendant allows communications between staff and with client callers to be seamless.

Perfect for hybrid/remote work. Perfect for organizations with a large number of employees. It's a bit pricey but sales reps are always willing to negotiate and be flexible.
