Stable Affordable Phone PBX

When I started my employment, I came into a mess of a situation with phone services through a major provider. Every time it would rain, we were losing phone services and they were not interested in resolving (the issue was a few hundred yards from our office). After extensive research, I began testing Nextiva Business Phone Service. It didn't take long to decide they were the service we were going with and we signed a term to get the best price possible long term. The minimal issues we've encountered alongside relatively quick support helped the decision to extend our contract. The prices are competitive and the service has been stellar. My only gripe is that our account manager tends to change more frequently than I would like.
