Overall Satisfaction with Nextiva Business Phone Service
Our business uses Nextiva Business Phone Service both for a hybrid office environment. Eliminates the need for traditional desk phones for remote users. We have been with Nextiva Business Phone Service for approximately eleven months.
Pros
- We appreciate the ability to listen to our voicemail via email when working remotely.
- We appreciate the ability to easily change passwords for our associates.
Cons
- The wait times for customer service and/or technical support are sometimes are over an hour, which is difficult during business hours.
- In my experience, tech support agents have been aggressive when not able to answer questions. These agents have sent us to another department causing the wait times to start over.
- Issues are not always resolved with one contact.
