Use Cases and Deployment Scope

Our previous phone services were expensive and the equipment was clunky. We need a reliable phone service that allows all of our employees including remote employees to receive and make calls easily and consistently. We have a distributed workforce that includes some employees in-office, some hybrid, and some fully remote. Managing customer phone calls in a professional manner on the convenience of a mobile device is essential.

Pros and Cons

The mobile app is easy to use and compatible with each employee's device.
The technical support from Nextiva has been helpful when an issue arose.
The reliability of the VOIP service has been good.

I noticed they recent upgraded the UI design of the app which I would recommend they continue doing.
The phone tech support is excellent, while the online chat support is not as effective.
