Overall Satisfaction with Nextiva Business Phone Service
Our previous phone services were expensive and the equipment was clunky. We need a reliable phone service that allows all of our employees including remote employees to receive and make calls easily and consistently. We have a distributed workforce that includes some employees in-office, some hybrid, and some fully remote. Managing customer phone calls in a professional manner on the convenience of a mobile device is essential.
