Overall Satisfaction with Nextiva Business Phone Service
We had a great sales call with the team but that's the easy step. The pricing was right and full of the features we were looking for such as app based calling, porting over phone lines, and texting to customers all without using team members personal cell phones. The onboarding was a bit minimal and do it yourself but there are videos about any subject and really laid out in the order we needed them. It was actually very intuitive. Once set up, the learning curve was pretty easy for all of the users. Overall, great experience so far a few months in and happy to keep being a customer for a long time.
