Overall Satisfaction with Nextiva Business Phone Service
We are a specialty animal practice and we use Nextiva for our phone service provider. We have over 20 lines and 15 licenses. Our call volume is high and we have not had any problems thus far. We are new to Nextiva, however, compared to the large commercial provider we used to have, Nextiva is exceptional. The process to port all our lines was extremely easy, with no down time.

Cons
- Better detailed functions for after hour call forwarding to automatically change number from a listed schedule.
- Financially, Nextiva is 1/3 of what we were paying previously
