Overall Satisfaction with Nextiva Business Phone Service

Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We are a specialty animal practice and we use Nextiva for our phone service provider. We have over 20 lines and 15 licenses. Our call volume is high and we have not had any problems thus far. We are new to Nextiva, however, compared to the large commercial provider we used to have, Nextiva is exceptional. The process to port all our lines was extremely easy, with no down time.

We have over 20 lines, there have been no dropped or missed client calls. Calls are frequently transferred to different extensions throughout our business and that has been working great. We even route our VOIP through wifi to a separate building and call transmission is very smooth. The implementation process was well guided and seamless.
