Overall Satisfaction with Nextiva Business Phone Service

We use this as our day to day phone service. Whether it is interacting with customers or carriers. This service is nice because it records call in the case we need to access them. It also allows us to be mobile with the availability to use the service from our cellphones.

I like using Nextiva Business Phone Service when I am out and about. This helps keep me mobile while cold calling. It also helps if we need to redirect calls if someone hits the wrong extension. This isn't always great for people who are not very tech savy. The set up can be tricky and requires time to get it done and understand.
