Overall Satisfaction with Nextiva Business Phone Service

We have used Nextiva and its cloud PBX to replace an aging Avaya on-premises IP Office system and an expensive Verizon T1 PRN connection.

Pros

  • Support has been responsive
  • Pricing has been competitive
  • Onboarding has been very thorough

Cons

  • Understanding when the customer is knowledgeable and experienced
  • Providing more access to features like soft key programming
  • Our monthly Verizon phone bill was cut by about 50%
  • Zero loss of calls thanks to alternative-number fail over

Do you think Nextiva delivers good value for the price?

Yes

Are you happy with Nextiva's feature set?

Yes

Did Nextiva live up to sales and marketing promises?

Yes

Did implementation of Nextiva go as expected?

Yes

Would you buy Nextiva again?

Yes

Nextiva is well suited for eliminating old POTS and PBX systems that are on-premises and susceptible to failure and end-of-support issues. It provides features like automatic failover to another number in the event of network outages when the VOIP phone is not accessible.
