Overall Satisfaction with Nextiva Business Phone Service

I used Nextiva Business Phone Service for 4 years now and am absolutely satisfied with the technology and customer service. I had Nextiva Business Phone Service for the last 4 years and never encountered any service interruptions thus far. I recently bought a new VoIP phone, and one call to tech support was all it took. Nextiva tech rep made the phone exchange easy and pain free. I definitely recommend this company for small businesses.

For my small business, Nextiva Business Phone Service works great. The desktop application works great, phone features are suitable, fax and 800 number work great. The mobile app needs a little improvement but works when I need it to work, such as phone forwarding, etc. Mobile app rings even when I disable not to ring while on the phone, maybe a glitch.
