Overall Satisfaction with Nextiva Business Phone Service

We use Nextiva for phone and fax service and being able to access documents and change call forwarding etc. from anywhere is beneficial for our business.

  • easy to use app for phone
  • easy faxing through app/website
  • takes security/privacy in consideration

Cons

  • shorter call center hold times
  • Better connection
  • cheaper costs
  • more digital
