The Nextiva Business Phone Service allows staff to work remotely and seamlessly, whether it's through our cell phones, laptops, desktops or the physical phone. We're able to place calls with the individual that needs to address the issues with the client or potential client so their issues are taken care of promptly (and without the need for callbacks). The upgrades in services and the support provided when necessary provides the necessary reassurance that our systems will be up and running correctly, and quickly, should there be an issue that arises.
