I have an outsourcing business, we contact our clients based in USA and we live outside of USA, Nextiva Business Phone Service provided the necessary service to have a USA phone number and be able to contact our clients and let them contact us at any moment as if we were based in USA.
Also, for me, it makes it easier for me to track the activity my team has, and how productive they've been during the month.
To make it better, it's so easy to call them and add new lines, and if I have any type of issues or questions, their support team is one of the best services I've had, they do a great follow-up and they make sure they resolve my issue or question.
