Overall Satisfaction with Nextiva Business Phone Service
I use Nextiva for my delivery logistics company. My team and I love the main diaphragm where we can answer and make calls straight from the computer. We love that we can just forward messages directly to our drivers. We plan to utilize all the marketing and call tools that are available in the near future!
Pros
- Allow you to make and take calls from computer
- Customer service checks in on a regular to make sure you’re getting everything you need
- Creating and routing the call flow is very easy and interchangeable
- Being able to fax from anywhere is great
Cons
- Pricing can always be lower
- I’m free more basic services with the basic price
- Include text to phone with the basic plan
- Great experience where customers can call in. It makes us seem like a big company with utilizing the call flow and hold music
