Overall Satisfaction with Nextiva vFAX

Nextiva has simplified faxing for our agency, we have many different departments offering different types of health care services all with their own faxing needs. The HIPAA compliant faxing meets all of our needs and the integrated vFax portal serves as an additional method for staff to fax without leaving their desk or as a backup to access faxing remotely.

  • Fax Bridges do go out from time to time requiring rebooting to reconnect to the service

Nextiva has taken our faxing to the next level; with Nextiva fax bridges on our fax machines we can fax anywhere there is internet. When our company moved, faxing through Nextiva was the first communication product back up and running. Nextiva faxing services are also saving us lots of money as it is much cheaper when compared to traditional analog faxing services and services from other VoIP providers. I would highly recommend Nextiva for you VoIP and Digital faxing needs!

Evaluating Nextiva vFAX and Competitors

Yes - Nextiva vFaxing replaced our old Frontier Communications analog fax lines and saved us a ton of money as well.

The vFaxing product was easy to setup, we ported our numbers installed fax bridges and it was plug-n-play from there. Very easy to setup and use. Most importantly this product saved us about $6,000 a year compared to our old faxing service.
