Overall Satisfaction with Nintex

I’m using it to create workflows and automate my fundraising outreach. I really like how they stay up to date by integrating AI solutions into their platform, with a wide variety of options. There are also many tools you can use to build or generate AI-powered workflows. I’m using it for fundraising: I have a Google Sheet, and I want to send a personalized email to each contact.

Pros

  • Workflow automation without heavy coding.
  • Easy to create approvals chains with rules.
  • You can collect data via forms and immediately run automated workflows on top of it.

Cons

  • More templates.
  • Error visibility should be clearer.
  • no limits for datasets, even larger data are accepted.
  • More onboarding tutorial.
  • Time saved.
  • Personalized outreach.
  • Automating the workflow.
Nintex is fairly easy to use once you understand the basics, especially for building standard workflows like automating fundraising outreach, sending personalized emails from a spreadsheet, and setting reminders for follow-ups. The drag-and-drop approach and the number of built-in features make it possible to automate much without writing much code, saving time and reducing manual errors.
The key integration for us is Google Sheets, where we maintain our contact lists and outreach tracking. We also rely on email integrations (sending personalized messages to each contact and logging activity). In addition, we connect to common productivity tools for storing files and coordinating follow-ups (for example, shared storage and team notifications).
The biggest benefit is time saved and fewer mistakes. Because Nintex can pull contact data directly from Google Sheets, we don’t have to copy/paste details or manually personalize every email.

Do you think Nintex delivers good value for the price?

Yes

Are you happy with Nintex's feature set?

Yes

Did Nintex live up to sales and marketing promises?

Yes

Did implementation of Nintex go as expected?

I wasn't involved with the implementation phase

Would you buy Nintex again?

Yes

We use Nintex to automate fundraising outreach at scale. It helps us send personalized emails to a large contact list, and we’d also like to automate follow-ups when there’s no reply.
If you need highly customized solutions or clean, fully controllable code, I wouldn’t recommend Nintex. It has many features, but it’s not the same as building your own system from scratch. That said, it can save a lot of time for standard automation workflows.
